The weak moment for me was Sunday 8pm, getting my son ready for bed, being an overworked single parent. I was told I had been selected for a $12,500 grant with absolutely no strings attached, which make me wary right off the bat, but I had been investigating grants and scholarships, and when Andy Giles #17432 said that he works for the Federal Government, for some reason it just sounded real. But the automated machine talked about different programs, and everytime I asked to talk to a human, a rude lady told me to finish the questions and then I could talk with customer service. Needless to say, I answered the questions, and then I got disconnected. I called back immediately, I got a machine call back M-F.

I'll skip the details of the 16 phone calls, since they got me no where, each employee lied, gave me fax numbers that are disconnected. . .Andy Giles the original spokesperson was supposedly suspended less than 12 hours after we spoke for misrepresenting the company. . .LIES, LIES, LIES. . .and HEADACHES.

I cancelled within 11 hours of speaking with Andy, and I was told the 49.95 would be withdrawn from my account but because of the misrepresentation I could be refunded, I just need to talk to Crystal Brown--which is impossible and her fax does not work. I made sure my account was cancelled 9 times, but they still took out $299.95 two weeks after the 49.95--for NOTHING. Oh the headaches. Eric another employee, who said he was in FL and gave me his "direct" number 877-851-4261 said it was a mistake and he would make sure my money would be refunded within 2 weeks. I made him promise, and he did. I called the number after we hung up and of course it does not work. Customer service said Eric, from the Phillipines, said I would like my money back, but no where in my file did he write he would refund it and the woman said there was no way I was getting my money back.

My bank account is now closed, they are working on reversing the charges, I called the Winter Park police, which was very interesting--The company is really located overseas, they have gotten numerous phone calls, and I suggest you call too. Let's close this operation down.
