Advantage America Grant Scam Ripoff Dishonest Big Time Crooks/Thieves from Winter Park Florida
I received phone call approx 9 p.m. 1/2/06 stating I had been selected to receive a $12,500 grant from government & that it would never have to be paid back.
They had my phone/address and asked for the name of my bank & for me to verify bank numbers - so they could send a direct deposit within 2 days.
When I would not give numbers a supervisor repeated their "speal". I told them to send check directly - they hung up!
This is scary! Can't these people be stopped?
