Todays date is September 6th, 2002. I got into this company in February of 2002. I agreed to let them withdraw money directly from my bank account for my account. The withdrew money for two seperate accounts (I only authorized one). I was not happy when I received my account statement - that was the reason I wanted a refund in the beginning - I requested a refund in March - I followed the procedures - write a letter and send a copy of my bank statement showing the withdrawels.

It has been 6 months - they promised me my money within 30 days of receiving my letter. Since then I have called on many occasions - no one can do anything - you can't even talk to a "Corporate person" to find out why they haven't sent out the refund - they tell you the same thing - wait 7 business days - then call back and we will email the corporate office to get your refund - I went through the same process over and over and religiously continue to call every 7 business days. Most people give up - I refuse - this is a lot of money (174.00 per account). Something has to be done.

#2Consumer Suggestion

Had same company scam happen to me.

First I got on line to AG for my state.
Filled out complaint form. For a fruity company
like this, they must, I figured have a lot of
complaints on them.

Then after filling complaints on Advantage Capital, Ephone, and Homeownersat the AG.., I went to the BBB for my state and did the same. Within 3 months I got the money back into the account it was pulled from.

If these silly companies want to keep their game
going-- they don't want unresolved complaints with
the AG or BBB in different states put online on the AG or BBB sites. So they cough
up. Go for it! I did work for me. Blessings and
good luck.
