Douglas Hernberg Good Faith Estimates are fraudulent, his loan application's are fraudulent, his disclosures are fraudulent. Do you know that not only did he steal your money, but also receives a commission on your loan amount/purchase price!!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AS A MORTGAGE BROKER OR AS A REAL ESTATE BROKER/SALES ASSOCIATE (Florida Realty of Miami).
I have done extensive research on him and he is currently being investigated by the Florida Dept. of Financial Services - Bureau of Investigations. He had several civil suit cases brought against him for repeated violence, obstructing police officer, speeding in a manatee zone, among just a few...
The lending company he acquired my mortgage from knows of his deviant business practices. I am trying to get them to file a complaint.

This report mentions my real estate company Florida Realty of Miami of which Doug Hernberg is a realtor of. None of the complaints are against our company nor any wrong doings of Mr. Hernberg as a realtor. All these complaints have to do with Mr. Hernberg's mortgage company and his practices there. I would like to make sure that the separation between the two is obvious.

He has SCAMMED us, utilizing the identical tactics as other posted reports relating to his business practices on this website. It is absolutely shocking to read the other reports. I wonder how many other victims are out there, who are intimidated by his threats and not coming forward. What is even more amazing is how the State of Florida continues to allow him to do business.
He SCAMMED us for huge additional Brokerage Fees amounting to thousands of dollars, which never appeared on his Good Faith Estimates. He also did not provide the type of mortgage or interest rate agreed upon, which will be costing us thousands of additional dollars. All these changes and additional fees become apparent when the lenders documentation is received, which is literally hours before closing. At that point, you have no recourse but to continue with the closing, otherwise you will be in default, and loose even more.
If you are also a victim of this Artist, please file complaints with as many Local, State and Federal Jurisdictions as possible.
