I called this dealership cause I saw they had the car I wanted .Went over every detail with salesman especially price of $24,015 plus tax and tags as was advertised. I specifically told the salesman that I was driving a total of 4 hours round trip,so please be sure of your answers.

We went over everything TWICE!Sounds like a sure fire thing,no? My wife and I put the kids on the school bus and excitedly left for a long journey, with money and title in hand, ready for our trade-in. When we got there the horror story began. We were told the newly revised price was about $2600.00 more, because according to the unfriendly GM,"this car is in great demand so we are raising the price by that much!I said to him isn't that illegal? It sure sounds deceitful!I would not have wasted his time nor mine if I would have known the asking price is that much above msrp value. What does Hyundai corp.think of that?

The GM quickly handed back the keys to my '06 Honda civic ex,loaded with every option including 18" enkei wheels and brand new tires, and remote start.Further insulting me by quoting me less than kelley blue book trade-in value.A very fair barometer of selling costs in todays automotive industry,in my opinion. I explained to him that I have been in customer service all my life and I've never been so humiliated ever, and that I would report him to every ripoff website I can get my hands on.
