advantage marketing llc josh johnson was extremly pushy, came into my work so it made it hard to turn them away . i said ill pass insisted that i purchase, insisted that i pay for my friend who forgot her card but had to pay since she filled out the promo card California

This guy Josh Johnson  came into my work, he seemed extremly pushy to sell, even had a debit card machine on him. I declined after he gave his shpill . He then wanted to talk to an associate who seemed likely to buy. Then realized she didn't have her debit card on her. He said to me , "buy one for you and your mom for mothers day you guys can all have a girls day ." At that point, considering my mom was a specail person and deserved it . I accepted the spa packagethat offerd for different treatments, in which he was offering. He then said "spot your friend here since she forgot her money so you guys can all take advantage of the deal." I accepted. After the whole thing was over and Josh left, I was looking at the card. I saw that there was a no return policy as well as an 18% gratuity required to each apointment. Considering I bought this as a gift I didn't want my mom to fork out additional money.

So i called the number for the salon to get a refun aside from what that card said. they said they didn't do returns at store level that you have to call the marketing lace becuse they are not making any money on the $40 in which was teh purchase price. I then called the marketing place , where I got a voice message saying they are experiencing high call volume, leave a name number and reason for the call and the would return the call. I did get a returned call the next day in which I missed. i called numerous times and still got the same message. I looked up on line the company found a second number a lady answered saying that she just started there and her boss was out of office and didnt know his last name and she would have him give me a call bcak around 4 that afternoon. His firat name was josh , the same guy who sold me the card to begin with. An hour has passed and I'm counting down the time til it reaches $ in hopes to get my money back.
