Advantage Pest And Termite Control (Bill Owen Owner) June 30, 2007 My mother and I gave them a check for $1100.00 to treat both our houses in mansfield Mo. for termites They took the check which has been cashed and they have never been back. We both have tried to get in touch with them dozens of times with no sucess. It has been over a year now and the $1100.00 is gone. I am age 67 and my mother is 84. Springfield Missouri

Problem:
June 30,2007 My mother and I went together and hired advantage to treat her house and my house (2 Houses for $1100.00) for termites. He (said his name was Bill Owen) came to both houses a few days later and set out what he said were bait stations around the perimeter of both houses. He said he was going to come back at least once a month to check them and when termites started to go in them he was going to put some kind of poison or something in them. I was busy at the time so my mother went ahead and paid him (Bill Owen) $1100.00 by check. I have never seen anyone from his business since and my mother says no one has been back to her house either. She has had a big problem with termites this summer and so have I.
In other words he got our $1100.00 and kept it and RAN. Both, My mother and I have tried to get him by phone dozens of times in the past year and he never answers his answering machine or pager. Not even once has he ever returned a call to us.
If you need them I can furnish you with a copy of the receipt and the canceled check. I can sent them either by email or USPS.Or any way you like as far as that goes.
