Advantage Plus ripoff Oklahoma City Oklahoma
I was contacted in November of 2003 from Advantage Plus. Within 2 weeks, they withdrew the $299.00 from my account for a credit card. I called the bank to tell them it was unauthorized and they told me it looked like something I did on the phone and they couldn't help me. I tried to cancel with them.
At first, I was told I had to wait 2 weeks for the check to clear, then I was told I had to wait for my package to arrive.
Now I am being told I just have to fill out the form for a "pre paid" Master card to fulfill my obligation to them in order to cancel.
I had written a notice to the Better Business Bureau and received a notice from them stating the company is not at the address provided. What really kills me is that I recieved a "vacation" package from a company called "Spirit Incentives" from Florida with a whole welcome letter.
I did not sign up for a vacation. I even went as far as calling them to try and get my money back. It is now over the 2 month period. If any one has any idea on what I could do to resolve this it would be greatly appreciated.

I had sent letters to the Attorney General in both my state and in Oklahoma. So far I am getting no help from anyone. I was told by Oklahoma, that they could not find such a company so there is nothing they could do. I have addresses for 3 different states under 3 different company names for these people. If anybody has a clue as to what I could do next, it would be greatly appreciated.
