Complaint Review: Advantage Tire and Auto Oldsmar

James ( I assume is the owner of Oldsmar Advantage Tire and Auto) lacks customer service skills and has an anger management issue. He represents this company poorly by arguing and raising his voice with customers in the store. For my first visit to this tire shop all was well when dealing with Mike. I then decided I would try this shop for a major repair. When I was quoted over $2000 for a job, I decided to get a second opinion. Low and behold I found James was trying to get me to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced. When I questioned James to work out the discrepancy, he was immediately defensive. He was caught in a lie and busted for being dishonest. Do yourself a favor do your homework on this business and go somewhere else.
