STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I don't actually have an issue with the product - I've been using it for years, although I'm discovering there are MUCH better products on the market. My issue is with their customer service. This is by far the worst Ive ever experienced.

My issue is simple. I live in Canada and they ship my orders across the border. This has been going on without a problem for over 3 years... until my last shipment. I came home to a $94 customs & brokerage COD from UPS - on a $60 product. UPS informed me that the value they were given by Advantis was US$239.60 and they emailed me a copy of the invoice Advantis had supplied with the shipment. It clearly states that amount and is signed by A Christine Naud on "Hero Health" letterhead. Obviously Hero's mistake and they should make arrangements to put it right ...and get me back my $94.

I've been phoning Advantis for 2 weeks now. When they're not telling me that what I'm saying is not true they're telling me a supervisor will call me back. I was told 5 days ago a supervisor would be calling that afternoon. NO ONE has called. In fact I've been hung up on twice. They finally provided me with a fax number to fax proof of the invoice to them... guess what - I've been getting a "no answer" message for 2 hours now. Given the issues with phoning and faxing I thought I'd email to the address on their website (info@herotabs.com) ...guess what - "The e-mail message could not be delivered because the user's mailfolder is full"!!

With service this egregious I would advise anyone considering them to stay FAR AWAY.
