My husband and I were highly disappointed when we went on our helicopter tour. We paid for a $300 package in which we were to see the greater Los Angeles area including Staples Center, Dodger Stadium, Hollywood & Hollywood Hills and this was suppose to be a 30 minute tour. We ended up on a 15 minute tour and we only went as far as Universal Studios. Did I mention it was also Valentine's Day? This was our present to each other that did not turn out the way we thought. We told the manager, Vaughn, what had happened and he reassured us that he would check the flight log and refund the money to us within a day or so.....

We have called 3 times now and it is a week later and no response! They make it sound like customer satisfaction is a high priority but fail to return calls. Another thing to note is that in order to fly, you're suppose to get weighed, watch a safety video and then they are suppose to hand you a ticket that lets the pilot know which package you paid for. It's no wonder they screwed up our flight, they couldn't have been more dis-organized! We never got weighed, no safety video and of course, no ticket. Don't waste your money, find a different helicopter tour, one that's closer to the beach instead of B.F.E.!
