I ordered a custom made fedora from Steve Delk close to four years ago. He gave a "six month lead time" to expect this hat. No communicatuion since. He has raised prices, terminated his refund policy, but continues to accept money. He does not respond to phone calls, email, or letters. He made the hat worn by Harrison Ford in the last Indian Jones film. And he promotes his hats as such. As there are many victims, I have gathered the many complaints about him from the various Indian Jones fan sites and intend to send them to the George Lucas Productions legal department.

The man is dying of cancer. Try to give him a break. He received THOUSANDS of orders at the same time as yours- and he is a one man operation who completely hand makes each and every hat. The guy has worked himself into an early grave because he has been trying so hard to fulfill everyone's orders. Plus- since he did make Indiana Jones fedora he CAN legally sell them as such; as per agreement between him and Bernie Pollack.
