 ordered R.V. A/C from them 9/8/14 really excited about finishing my 5th wheel so I can put the roof on it

9/16/14 the box arrived damaged due to poor packaging the four boards they used and the 1/2" fiberglass straps had come loose due to them being against cardboard and not against more wood or stronger cardboard.

the shipment is extremely damaged, the wood boards used for crating are loose and removable.
I have called fed ex to file a claim for damages and they said I have to have you do this.       pictures are available if you give me  a phone number to send them to.
the box has been pulled inside and is not going to be moved until further instructions

I sent 11 pictures to the email address they provided

The pictures show minor dents on the bottom of the pan. Is that all that is wrong with it?
 
there is a bent pan approximately 3/4" like it was folded or dropped from a height  , also the shroud is damaged due to the carboardbeing shredded on three of the four sides

if so, who is going to pay for repackaging it and sending it back?
maybe its best to call the shipper and I will refuse the package so you can inspect  it at your  leisure,   then send me a new one?

This picture shows the pan bent with a crease in it  it is approximately 3/4
the shroud is damaged also

what condition was the unit in prior to shipping? as I believed it  was scratch and dent?

It was not a scratch and dent prior to shipping. Just go ahead and refuse both packages like you said and once we receive it back you will be refunded.

ok  once it is in fed ex's hands my responsiblity is over and it is between you and the carrier.
my money should be freed up to  process another unit exactly like the one I ordered, right?

i would like to get the a/c on the trailer asap  As duck season opens Oct. 3 rd here in Arizona

   I have asked to file a claim with the shipper since I (PAID THEM SHIPPING INSURANCE) THEY ARE IGNORING ME NOW  I have sent two emails and have not received a response.  I have called the number listed, it refers you to the internet chat or email. I have a copy of the chat  I had with their representative (it) (unknown gender) referred me to the internet web site which has not responed in two days
 
anyone who would like to join me in a class action lawsuit    (((REDACTED)))
