Complaint Review: Advertising Solutions

I got this call saying that they were for Senior Citizens to help low income people out & buy giving us some money they would save on there taxes & I was approved for 20,000 to 24,000 & it was a year program. She told me several times it was only for a year & I knew better than to give them a credit card number but I did & she wanted $995. But I didn't have that much credit I said I had $600. So she said they'd take $595. She didn't say anything to me about selling any thing but they sent me a Registered Letter which I am send you a copy of. The second call I got she kept telling me I had $5000 on my credit card so on the end it would just cost me $5000. Funny just the amount I had left on my credit. Well was smarter then that I called & had my numbers changed this first call came in Feb. I was told I would get between $5000 to $7000 in March. They wanted me to sign a paper & send it back but when I called the address they gave me they did not have & office there or could she bring up the webb sites they gave me. Now today they called & wanted me to sign that paper so they could send me my money. I hope you can look into this for me
