Spoke with Omar, and looked at thier Advocate Auto Claims website. Noted they said they had no BBB claims ever so I looked it up on the BBB site and that is not true. AAA has only been in business over 1 year with 2 complaints. Also, on thier site they state they are the only company with liscensed adjusters and i spoke with other companies that have liscensed adjusters as well. The company is very pushy and appears to lie and mis l-ead on their website www.advocateautoclaims.com. I did not go with them.

My name is Jason Herman and I am Vice-President of Advocate Auto Claims.  I write this in response to the posting by Lori in Sante Fe. 


First, we have reviewed our client system and can find no client or prospective client named Lori or from Sante Fe, Colorado.  In that regard, this may be a hoax and I respectfully request proof that she has ever attempted to engage the Company.  I suspect she may be from a competitor.


However, allow me to address specific accusations.  In the past 18 months, Advocate has had 3 BBB complaints, 2 resolved successfully, one is still being worked on with the client.


Advocate does not claim it is the only company with licensed adjusters - the sentence says we are the only company with adjusters and attorneys on staff.  If there is another company, we will change the website once the information is confirmed.


With regard to the balance of accusations, Advocate simply won't respond to name calling.  The Company prides itself on superior customer service and takes client issues very seriously.
