Complaint Review: Adzact Limited Company

Adzact Limited Company I was ripped off by Adzact Limited Company, LLC of more than $17,000 with promises of a great website, upgrades so that I could choose my own warehouse and then microsites that never existed after that. Phoenix Arizona

I joined Adzact Limited Company, LLC at the end of 2007. I was promised a great website and guaranteed traffic to that website and that I would be making money within 6 months.

After a couple months went by I was told things were being put on hold because they were going to be upgrading. At the time I was very unhappy with my supplier and they assured me that after the upgrade I would be able to choose my own supplier and have more freedom with my website.

After a month of waiting for the upgrade went by I was talked into buying a TV commercial for my website that would most assuredly guarantee a huge response, so $8,000 later, no TV commercial. I wanted them to put it on hold until the upgrades were finished, surprise, the upgrades never took place, so my commercial never ran. I never saw a penny of that money returned and I never heard from them.

In August, 2008 I contacted Adzact Limited, LLC and was told by Dave Morris, no problem, they would make it right by returning $2,000 of my money and putting the rest into microsites, which was the new thing they were capitalizing on. In August I signed a new contract for 22 microsites and a return of $2,000 of my money. I have yet to see either one.

In December Dave disappeared, in January their phone numbers were all disconnected. Since then, I have been trying to figure out a way to sue them. I am a firm believer that fraud should never go unpunished.

I would love to see a class action suit against the company and a huge pay out to all the investors who believed in Ron, who was the President, and his company. I am out over $17,000 with a website that is useless now, not that it ever was useful and non-existent microsites.
