Complaint Review: Adzact

I signed a contract with this company and paid them $5000.00 US to market a small project I had. Plus, I was to pay $34.95 US each month for web hosting.

I was guaranteed 110% Financial Performance on my investment.

I was told it would take 2-3 months by Mr. Ali McAllister, who set up the actual electronic microssites. That was agreed upon on August 15, 2008.

I had several conversations with Dave Moris, who convinced me that all was in order.

However, I became ill in December and could not use my computer, but have not heard a word from anyone in this company. I think Moris had a partner named Ron Beneducci, whose cell number I once called.

I signed the contract on Sept. 24th, 2008.

As if today, they seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth. I have received nothing for my $5000. plus the additional fees in US dollars.

Dave Moris claimed to have moved to some small mountain just outside of Phoenix. No address, no phone number. All numbers have been disconnected.
