Adzact Stole $4995.00 US, lied, did not live up to "100% Guarantee" of deal made. Phoenix Arizona

On June 20,2008, Adzact took $4995.00 US from my Mastercard, claiming I would receive a contract within the next few days. The deal was this: 12 microcites would be added to my website http://www.ifuwantitihaveitgiftshop.com. Iron Clad deal, 100% guarantee. I would make $1080 - $1800.00 monthly. Money back guaranteed in writing"

I received no email, except the one which showed they took the money from my credit card. I cancelled the deal a week and a half later because I had received nothing from them in writing. I was given numbers to call, including a personal cell belonging to a man named Dayne Wurster, who claimed he had become so rich that his 77 yr. old father was even in the business.

As of July1st, I have been unable to reach this company, even though I spoke to Mr. Wurster, who guaranteed my money would be returned. I waited a week and heard nothing. Today, none of the numbers work. I have called the Credit Card company, the Fraud Squad here in Toronto, Canada, the Phoenix Squad who put me through to the FBI who are now checking into the situation. I was even given a web site www.ic3.gov in case anyone else encounters the same problem. Judi

I am an employee of Adzact Limited, and have personally spoken with Judi. I explained to her that a package had been mailed to her, and since she did not want to wait the 2-3 days it would take to arrive, I faxed her a copy of the same. It was explained to her before she signed up with us that it would take 4-6 weeks to build her microsites, and that it was normal to hear from us only twice beforehand (once being the packet, the second being an email asking her to confirm her google adsense account). When she signed up, she was given our customer service number, as well as our customer service email address. I was in contact with her through both methods of communication. Judi even spoke to the owner of the company regarding her account, and it was agreed between them that the account would be continued and all baseless complaints against our company would be withdrawn.

At this time, we are continuing to work on Judi's account as promised, and we have every intention of fulfilling every portion promptly.

As a side note, potential clients to Adzact should note that the guarantee that Judi spoke of is a year long guarantee, and cannot be honored until the end of a year, as there is no way to guarantee that our product will deliver 100% of the money spent on it in the 2 weeks that Judi has been a client of ours. We are not a "get rich quick scheme" or a "business opportunity" of any sort, we provide professional web solutions that cannot be expected to make "thousands of dollars overnight". Clients can expect to make their money back in 12 months from the order completion date, and generate profit from that point forward.
