My account was being charged 3 differant charges a day from the same company. When I checked my bank account I did not have a clue who it was. I attempted several times to call the # listed on the checks they generated. Then i tried to get on line to speak to someone (live chat) could not get through there either. I am very frustrated that my account with my bank keeps getting fees for something I do not even know about. I have made stop payments several times which costs money everytime. I just need to find a way to get this to stop.

As a single parent I can not afford to have my bank account messed up nor my credit because of some a*s company that takes pleasure in taking advantage of people. It is illegal what they are doing and I just don't know what to do next!!!
