Loan officer called and reported that he had never known of their loans having a prepayment penalty for paying additional principal a month. He would have disclosed this himself if he had been aware of it. He, too, thinks it is unethical and should have been disclosed. He is embarassed to have been a part of any unethical actions by Aegis and resigned from the company today.
