Aerial Contracting reroofed my house in 2008.  It was after Hurrican Gustave and I had insurance money to pay for it.  It is not a difficult house to roof and they had a reasonable price.

They started and worked rapidly.  In fact they had the whole house covered with roofing felt the same day before I came home.  They were paid to replace damaged roofing decking.  What I did not know is that we had old termite damaged decking on the roof.  They roofed over the damage.  It was unprofessional and hazardous. We later found that they had carefully stapled over the fragile part of the roof so that they wouldn't damage it with a hammer.

Winter 2010 we were doing some renovations and found the termite damage which led to the roof damage.  In uncovering the roof we also found that they had placed unsupported decking over a soffit.  It was a trap door and I could have easily fallen off the roof had I stepped on it.

I called Mike Bruno of Aerial contracting immediately and told him that he should come look at the damage and he had the option of repairing it.  He showed up later, about a month later.  I have photos and video of me sticking my hand through the decking. The contractor I had working for me did a lot of work and I had him divide up the bill so that Aerial was not getting charged anything unnecessary.  The bill was $2995.  Aerial said they would pay some and he gave me the runaround telling me that his brother Vincent Bruno or his father would need to see about it.  I got the price reduced to $2000 and paid the bill.  I only submitted a request for $2000

He has continued to give me the runaround.  He had me submit information to his insurance.  He always says he will call back and never does.  He admits that he should pay me and says that he owes me and then never calls back.  He lied to the BBB.

I went to the Contractors Board and turns out he was not even licensed in Louisiana when he did the job!  My bad for not investigating him.  I hope no one else does business with him.  I am not through with him and I will pursue this thoroughly, forever until I am satisfied.
