Aetna still continues to delay and deny claims despite recent court settlement. I suppose this will continue as long as the company can take advantage of the individual and bring its bottom line higher. Shame on them.

A class action suit similar to Unim-Provident is needed as is Congress' attention to ERISA reform.

See multi-state action against Unim-Provident at lawyersandsettlements.com. They have had to go back years to re-evaluate claims for the same disgusting reasons.
