Complaint Review: Affiliated Acceptance Corp And TSK Atlanta LLC

A collection company Afilliated Acceptance Corp., Sunrise Beach , MO is working for the TSK Karate school at 245 Peachtree Ind Blvd., Sugar Hill, GA. They are calling/collecting against me re: a service that I never used. They have reported the alleged debt ($8,000)on my credit report and I want this to be removed. Their defense is they have a signed contract.

Our position is: 1) We have never attended or used one minute of the service. 2)The contract signed was contingent on my children's availability to attend the school since it was late summer and we did not know their school schedules yet. The school agreed to these terms verbally 3) I offered to attend the class personally in place of my children and they refused to allow me to attend the school. They physically assaulted me during the discussion and then called the Suwanee Police to forcefully remove me from the premises.

This occurred in August 2007.

Please contact me asap to start the most expedient method to get this collection off my record as well as pursue the maximum damages allowable.
