Complaint Review: Affinion Group Nashville TN

I have a credit card that I am happy with (USAir) and all of a sudden, realized that I was being charged insurance (ADD) by a company: AFFINION GROUP (Nashville, TN). When I called (through my credit card company) and explained that I never received information about, nor would I OK, extra insurance, they cancelled it and agreed to send me a form for a refund. I had it notarized and it was denied, because I did not give them 'advanced notice'.

THIS is their advanced notice. AFFINION GROUP is a scam. I did not even receive any notice that my refund was denied. STAY away from this company. My public service message for today.
