Affinion Group/Trilegiant Shoppers Advantage, Privacy Guard, Complete Home, Freescoresandmore, Credit Card Protection, Buyers Advantage, and Health Savers Scam, poor leadership, stealing from customers Westerville Nationwide
I have done lots of research on this company after being scammed by 2 of their "sevices". Privacy Guard is a complete joke as they charge fees for faulty, made up credit reports handled by a 3rd party (not the actual credit bureau's) and claim to help people rebuild or manage their credit. The other is Credit Card Guardian that supposedly "protects" credit cards. Ihese do nothing to help. I lost my wallett and was told by a rude CSR that I NEEDED TO PROVIDE my credit card numbers for them to call the card company!!!!??? I was paying $79.00 a yaer for this scam. Thsi company and all their "leadership" need to be in jail or, at best, out of business.
