Complaint Review: Affinity Marketing Partner - OAN - PrivaSafe

Well, I got this billing on my phone bill for $15.40. This was supposedly for PrivaSafe Email Service 1X setup. I did not authorize or apply for this service. I also have a block on my phone service for no unauthorized service changes unless made by only myself by phone or written letter, no electronic communications allowed at all for changing any of my services.

I contacted my Bellsouth business rep and took care of the billing for this at the phone company. This 3rd party billing is now blocked. I then called the 800 numbers for OAN and Affinity Marketing and let them know I did not authorize this service and the billing would not be paid. End of that.

I pay bills online but don't have it set up as automatic billing so no funds were accessed, no money lost.

By the way, OAN billing and Affinity billing are linked. Call both and your call will show in both of their data bases.
