WAS CHARGED ON PHONE BILL THE FIRST MONTH.... WAS TOLD IT WAS FREE! THEN THIS IS THE SECOND MONTH AND WAS CHARGED AGAIN. FATHER TOLD PHONE COMPANY TO TAKE IT OFF!!!! AND SO NOW THE "PRIVASAFE E-MAIL SVC MONTHLY FEE OF 14.95 IS ONCE AGAIN ON AND NOW OAN SERVICE FEE FOR LONG DISTANCE CREDIT OF 30.41 IS ON AND WE DON'T HAVE A CLUE OF WHAT THAT IS.

To whom it may concern,
I am calling the phone company Monday and having this removed. I never ordered this and found out it has been on this phone # bill for 2months. I would like for it to be takened off and never put back on this phone #!!!! I use 10-10-220 when I make long distance phone calls could this be why this is on my phone bill too???? Please give me a response as soon as possible.
