  I leave in st paul MN I had car loan through Affinity federal credit union in the past three years. Not once I missed my payment but last month I got a phone call from collecting agency saying the affinity pluse sent them my account. Saying I have to pay $3000 more than the car loan I have. I said how didn't my account even sent to in collection when I have never once missed one payment. And the collection agent can't tell me so. So I went to the nearest affinity plus bank near to my work. Which is universe ave and 25th st near Minneapolis and asked the same questions they looked it up my account and they can't find me an answers. They asked me to come back the next day and will have an answer for me. So when I went back next day. They said it's not I missed a Payment my loan was sent to collection but there I didn't have insurance and I called my insurance guy right away and provided them all the necessary documents that sawed I was and am insured the whole time. And they got really confused again and said some one in there department made a mistake and my loan ended up being in collection and affect my credit score. I am still trying to get ride off the 3000$ so cold insurance ripoff but no one seems what's to help me either. So frustrating
