In August 2008, after many months of a good working relationship, The Affluent Page magazine stopped paying me for writing and editing work that I had completed to my editors satisfaction. I was owed more than $4,500.

I don't know about anyone else, but this seems more like a hateful qualm against a company that has a strong reputation in the publishing industry. I have been working with Affluent Page and directly with Mario Jourdan for many years now, and have found their business more than satisfactory. This company only deals with professionally, and by the looks of it, no longer required this individual's services for a good reason.

It is evident by the presentation of your claim that this is only a vendetta against a company that no longer required your services. If there is positive proof that they printed your work, then this would be a copyright issue. Otherwise, this is a merely a misdirected allegation and should be removed.
