After approving in writing the design and printing of a 12-page proposal and slide deck that needed to be designed and/or printed within a day, Affluent Planning Strategies now refuses to pay for the services and printing they received. They used the work we provided to pitch wi-fi services to the University of Oklahoma as well as Chesapeake Engery Arena.
However, the CEO of the company, Chris Anderson, now refuses to pay their $4k bill, grasping at straws while making every excuse imaginable to avoid payment for the services they had previously approved in writing. Although his employee has stated on numerous occassions that he had Mr. Anderson's approval to approve the job and that he did so at Anderson's direction, Anderson claims that he didn't approve it and that his employee had no authority to do so.
Two of their employees were very satisfied with the work in such an unrealistic time frame. Anderson now states that they are not satisfied with what they received, despite the fact that they used the proposals and slide deck to pitch multi-million-dollar accounts.
While Affluent Planning Strategies provided all of the content used in both the proposal and slide deck, and approved the copy of the proposal prior to printing it, Anderson now threatens to file a law suit for negligence stating that are spelling errors in the material we provided to his company.
