Buyer Beware!! Ms. Phillips will rip you off - Read the complaints filed with the BBB against her. I paid her $99 to clean my house at any time within a year. When I contacted her about scheduling a time she informed me that she would not have an opportunity to clean my house at any time within the year and that she did not have the $99 to refund me. Extremely unprofessional and deceitful. I should have checked her out prior to falling for her deceptive schemes. Please do not trust this woman - she is a crook!
I made a purchase from Ms. Phillips on 9/16/2012, the offer stated that her company (Affordable Cleaning Service) would perform 6 hrs of house cleaning b/t 9/16/12 and 9/12/2013. I contacted Ms. Phillips in early Nov. 2012 to schedule the cleaning and was told that she could not perform the service until Jan or Feb of 2013. I called back on 1/14/13 to schedule the service and was told that the voucher had expired on 12/12/12. I informed Ms. Phillips that she was mistaken.. the voucher clearly states the expiration date as 9/12/2013. She then tells me that even so, she does not have the 6 hrs open to clean my house. I explain that I'm in no hurry - she can schedule the service out as far as she needs to, even if she can't get to me until Sept, just so long as she makes good on the deal. Ms. Phillips makes it clear that she will not have the 6 hr block of time open at ANY time between 1/14/13 and 9/12/13 - which I found very hard to believe. At any rate, I told her that if cleaning were not an option that I would accept a refund of the $99 that I had paid for her services. Ms Philips informs me that she does not have nor will she have the $99 to refund me. So at this point I'm out $99 and I have a merchant that will not make good on her end of a contractual agreement to perform 6 hours of house cleaning services at any given time during a year. I think that Ms. Phillips DBA Affordable Cleaning Services is unethical, and unprofessional, and that she has very deceptive practices. I would not recommend her services to anyone and feel that she should not be allowed to operate a business in the surrounding counties. She lists no address for her business, the phone number that she lists for the business is one of a disposable mobile carrier that is registered in Pennsylvania. I just feel that I have been the victim of a scam and hope to prevent anyone else from becoming a victim of her scheming.

Jennifer Helinski purchased a voucher through Augusta Daily Deals. She paid $99 for 6 hours of cleaning. She contacted me shortly after her purchase and wanted me to clean within a week or 2. I stated I was booked into January. She did not schedule an appointment for January or later at that time. She called back mid January expecting me to get her in. I had stated that I am booked. (I guess she wanted me to leave all my days open in case she called).
I did tell her they were expired but when she told me it clearly states 9/12/13 I told her that Daily Deals had this ad all messed up. There is now 2 different experiation dates and I have no clue who has what date until I see the voucher. I did appologize for this and told her I went rounds with Daily Deal over the entire ad. I also explained to her how she can get a refund. I did not tell her she will NOT get a refund. I told her that I was not paid $99 for that voucher, I get a small portion of it and that she would have to contact Daily Deal. She refused to do so. I am sorry but I am not refunding money that I never received.
I told her that I am booked but I did tell her if I get a cancellation I can call she refused that, she wanted me to send somebody to her house immediately. I told her I can not pull time out of my butt, there are only so many hours in a day. She got very nasty with me, after the attitude and harassment I put up with I will not redeem her voucher even if I do get an opening. She can call daily deal for a refund just as I stated.
I do have an out of state number and that is because I relocted from PA to here. I do not have a throw away phone. I am not sure where she is getting her information but it is fabricated. No I do not have my address listed, only because this is not a business that people would be coming to my store. I come to you. The address she listed is not my address ...again fabricated.
I guess you can't make everybody happy. Even when you offer a refund. The others that have vouchers and have called are happy with being on a waiting list. I will honor them even after the experiation date if they call to get on the list before they expire. I am more that willing to make them happy. I too have purchased from Daily Deals and other sites, I expect to use my vouchers too.
