I did not want to be called or harrassed, all I wanted was to be able to compare, on their website, plans so that I can purchase themost adequate coverage. Well, a few minutes later, I get a phone call, he tries to make conversation, but as a mom of two toddlers I do cannot be talking on the phone for hours and neglecting my kids, so I told him to send me a quote by email, just as I specified on their website, he immediately started asking for my social security number and bank information (??????),
that was weird so I just said thanks, goodbye and hung up. That eveing, they called more than 20 times, and even when I was a the doctor's office, they didn't have the decency to respect that. And, today, they wake both my children at 8AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need this harrassemnet to cease, AND I AM NO LONGER INTRESTED IN ANY HELP FROM YOU OFFICE. As a matter of fact, I never was, I have entered my information to compare quotes online, not to be harrassed by desperate and rude salesman. SO, STOP CALLING ME!
