Complaint Review: Affordable Home Warranty- Shannon Bell

I purchanse my home in November of 2007. I was contaced by a csr from AHW for home warranty protection. I paid $399. In January of 2008 my water heater stopped working. I contacted the company and didnt receive a response until one week later. I was finnally contacted by Shannon Bell who sent a plumer from Roter rooter to my home. The plummer replaced the water heater. One month later I was contacted by Roter Rooter who was unable to obtain payment from Affordable Home Warranty. The bill was in the amount of $1200.00. I am still trying to contact the company with no answer. I would like a full refund of the $399 + $1200.
