We signed up for this home warranty in Sept, 2007 and shoul have been leery when the first service call took serveral days to be returned. The technician they dispatched said he would have to condemn our washer fo a simle switch unless we let him "rig" it - in other words the washer runs whether the lid is shut or not. This took 10 days to accomlish from call to completion.

Repair number 2 was for the refrigerator which the same repairman condemned-due to the age (20 years) cost was pro-rated to $500 which was ok but it took them 5 weeks to get us the check and then only because I threatened to come and get it.

Repair number 3 was the furnace which took 15 phone calls and threats to get a technician out, then they wanted a second opinion who promply said it was condemend for improper maintenance- after much heated discussion with Mr. Bell when I could reach him.I reuested he send the original technician out to perform the repair. I found out that the reason for the second opinion was because tech. number one refused t do work without prepayment for parts due to previous unpaid work. After 5 weeks we finally had heat again ( replaced blower motor done in one day).

Foor each of these repairs there were dozens of unreturned phone calls and emails. I found out they do screen calls, because the only way I get an answer is to borrow someone else's phone or block y number. By the way Mr. Bell's personal cell number is 678 615-1244. The current recording on the 86 number is the mailbox is full and cannot take essages for the past week.
I am currently seeking service on my dryer and suppose I will have to pay for it myself even though I have 8 months left on my warranty.
THIS COMPANY HAS TO BE STOPPED!!
