I have two hosting accounts which were in good standing. I paid an invoice due by 4/5 on 4/1 in the amount of $64.26. this covered a year of web hosting service. On 4/2 my account for cazmedia.com was suspended. Their tech support channels were limited to email only. Emergency # and Live Chat support as advertised were unavailable.

Ten hours later I had to move to another hosting company to get my site back up which is critical to my business. I lost two accounts because my site was down. After my site was back up, I requested that my cazmedia.com account be closed.

The next morning I come to find that they closed both of my accounts. They knew they were only suppose to close one but closed both. I didn\'t mind the closing of the accounts. The problem is they refuse to give me the data that was on the site. They have no right to the data. The data for the other account, is a database that is used by several businesses in my area. Those sites are now partially down.

They will state that they cancelled my site due to staff abuse. It was not abuse - I complained about my business being down and threatened to leave and take other companies I knew with me. A customer has a right to complain when their negligence of a billing error costs my company money.
