This guy called and hounded me for months claiming to be able to deliver leads for my tax services company.  After going back and forth for weeks, we decided on a test run.  I paid him in January for leads.  They were supposed to start within 48 hours, then it turned into a week, then 10 days, and then it was IT issues, then an accident, then sick family, I think he started recycling the excuses.  He did get me in connection with Mia Kay at miamarketinggroup.com who was supposed to start delivering leads, set up a skype account to monitor the leads and it looked promising.  She indiciated she had several large tax clients and knew exactly what I needed.  More time when by, no leads.  More accidents, health, sick mother, IT excuses later and now I am told that the order is too small for miamarketinggroup.com.  She has clients with large orders and can't scrape off a few for me even though I paid.  Skeptical on this claim/  Tim is no where to be found, doesn't return calls or emails.  Mia is nice and responsive, but never provides leads and apparently she was sending calls on an old balance, so even though she didn't deliver, she won't refund either.  I'm not sure Mia and Tim aren't the same person, they did accidentally use the same excuse at least once.  Bottom line, avoid Tim E Slater, if he even exists.  He is either a fake person, or a total crook.  I found on Yelp another person who paid Tim and got no calls, so this isn't an isolated incident.
