YOU ARE NOT ALONE

I along with many others have been vitimized by Mr. Van Taylor, Kevin Taylor, Lyman Agencies and all affiliates. I live in Alabama and he tried to rip me off and leave with my home in September of 2004. I blocked the road and called the police. Mr. Taylor left my home unstrapped, and not tied down during a Hurricane that was expected to hit my area the following day. I discovered Mr. Taylor was not liscensed, bonded or insured to move Mobile Homes by the State of Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission at the time of my move. Mr. Taylor did not even have a valid drivers liscense! It has been a nightmare. I have a court case pending with Mr.Taylor. I have forwarded this to the Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission and they are fully aware Mr. Taylor. The man has got to be stopped!
I suggest you contact the Manufactured Housing Authority in the states you mentioned. The Pell City Police Department in St.Clair County Alabama. Also contact the State of Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission at 334-242-4036. Jim Sloan is the administrator. Please do not deal with this man on your own or from this point on. Contact the authorities in your state immediately!!!!
Please let me know if I can help you more.
Thank you,
Julie

Have you reported it stolen?
First, call the police and report that your home was stolen and by whom. Give them all the information you have on this man, his business and it's location.
Next call the DMV, mobile homes are registered like cars are, at least in Florida I know they are and they may be able to give you some help.
Hopefully someone else will come along and be able to give you some more ideas.
