Affordable Spa Covers ordered a cover from them 2 1/2 months ago. initially said it would be 2-3 weeks. Still have not recieved anything from this company Clearwater Florida
I ordered a spa cover for my spa from Affordable Spa covers on 7/15/19 via their online order system. I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery. As of 10/2/19 I have not received my cover, despite numerous calls to them to assertain where the cover is, they just say "It should be there on Saturday" Alex Florres (the owner) has not called to explain the delay.
I feel like I will never get my cover and that this company is fraudulent. They have not offered me any kind of apology, explanation, discount or refund for my troubles. Affordable Spa Covers is a Rip Off and should not be in business.
