I called to have my 1968 Ford fastback mustang moved from my house in Springfield Mo. To Ozark Mo. Where I was. So that i could have it worked on. They asked me the usual questions a tow company ask. #1 do you have the title? I said no I do not. I only have the bill of sale and the keys. #2 where is the car and where is it going? 1203 S. Stewart spfd Mo to Ozark Mo. #3 are you at the pick-up or drop off location? The drop off I replied. Since I had the keys they told me it would be an extra $15. That was fine I told them. Well they got to my house & loaded my car that me and my uncle had placed in front of the house to make the tow easier. Then started stating that they were instructed to pick up 2 cars. And they were speaking of my uncles 1968 Ford F-100 in the driveway. Thats when my uncle became concerned with where they were taking my car. They would not tell my uncle where they were taking my car. So the driver I spoke with at approximately 10:20pm last never called me back. Never arrived to where I was waiting for 4 hours. I called over and over in concern of my vehicle. Still nothing. Later at about 2:40 am. I awoke after falling asleep. Worried to death. And called one last time. The guy who answered the phone was very disrespectful and rude. Telling me that my car was at the impound yard at affordable towing. Why I asked. They said because I didnt have the title. So I stated is it against youre policy to move a car without a title? He couldnt give me a straight answer. Because without it. Why was my car loaded? And why did you knowingly go to my house and load my car. Because the first question any tow company ask is do you have a title. So i called the police. Since i am waiting on my title. The advised me to hire an attorney because police officers said that it looks like they are trying to STEAL your car. Do not use this company. Anthony Glenk
