HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THEY DESERVE LESS THAN ONE STAR! I will give NEGATIVE FIVE STAR if I can.
They claim to be 24 hours 7 days but they're not. I called for service last night and only received a call back the next morning. They charge $99 trip fee and the technician came over, looking at my water heater for about 3 min and told me there is a set of parts need to be replaced. They told me the part is $500+ and I refused to proceed. Then they said they can give discount and make it $300+. I still refuse but I'M FORCED TO PAY $99 for a ridiculous experience.
Basically what they are doing is to push you for an appointment first, and then give you an extremely high price(comparing to the actual cost) to make you feel you should pay that considering you will need to pay $99 trip fee anyway, you will be put into a dilemma and forced to pay at least $99 in the end with very very bad feeling to do so.
If you want to have your water heater fixed with decent price and experience, NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! AFFORDABLE WATER HEATERS AND PLUMBING INC IS TOTALLY A SCAM COMPANY!
