Complaint Review: Affordable Water Heaters and Plumbing

I came back from a long tiring trip and realized my water heater was not working.  It was Saturday night.  I called my plumber but he was out for the weekend.  Then I called the phone number on a card that my parents gave me.  They came out and charged me $447 to replace a T couple.  

The next morning I found out from my regular plumber that not only they charged me double to replace the T couple, but it was my pilot that had gone out.  All I needed to do was to light it back.  I did not know this!  

I'm so pissed off that they ripped me off because I'm a woman and clueless of hardware and plumbing. I want half of my money back.  My plumber told me he would've charged me $225 for the same job.  I got ripped off but hopefully this will prevent them from ripping more people off.
