Affordable Water Heaters Severe overcharging 2X what actual costs should be from reputable business. Valencia California
Actually the employees doing the service were great but the price sheet they work from is 2x what costs should be. They really gouge on the ancillary items like flex hoses, Drain Pan,Bracing, They charge more for those services than water heater and installation because those can be easily checked online.
Tried to work with Joe in customer service but just stonewalled saying I signed the contract which I did but when you have a leak you need it fixed and you trust you are getting a fair deal especially since I was a repeat customer.
I paid $3800+ for a job that should have been $2200-$2400. Just not fair!
