bought heater on dec.4,2007-started having problems last of nov.2008-would come on and run for couple minutes,then cut off-then wouldn't come on at all-when notified co. they wouldn't honor warranty since few days past exp. date and told is to call about getting repaired-he only told us to take heater apart and check elements and then order them-didn't offer to repair heater or tell us anywhere to get it repaired. think a $397 heater should last well over a year-not worth what it cost and didn't even keep room warm enough-rip-off! save your money and buy cheap heater anywhere better than edenpure!
