I have proof i paid qwest the full amount of the bill in november 2007. THEY sent it to afni now they say i have to pay it again and i refuse. I tried to tell them but the woman was a real bxxxx. I hope you can help

Hold on to the proof of full payment from Quest. Send Afni a cease and desist letter. Report them to the Better Business Bureau and your state attorney general. If you have proof of a clear account that's all you need. You can clear anything that this corrupt, fraudulent company puts on you credit reports with your proof from Quest. This company need to be shut down.
