AFNI Wife Receives collection notice for Verizon, We don't have, then I receive one for T-Mobile ripoff Bloomington Illinois
Here we go again! I'm still fighting "Bidfuel", now this. A few weeks ago my wife received a collection notice from a company called AFNI for a Verizon account in the amount of 33.07. We have not had a Verizon account for over two years and did not owe any money to them. Several weeks later, I received a collection notice from AFNI for a debt from T-Moble.
I have never used T-Mobile. This one for 195. 44. Interestingly enough, my notice had a web address for contact, and a different phone number. The notice also indicated that it accepted credit cards, though my wifes did not. My notice also contained a privacy statement, while my wifes did not. In fact, they look completely different. After coming to this site, I can see once again I'm in good company. We will send the cease and desist letter shortly.
