Complaint Review: African Mango Core

I ordered a trial of two products from this web site for weight loss. After ordering, I decided it might interact with my other health problems. When I received the order in the mail, I wrote refused and sent it back. I was charged for both products. I called to explain that I had returned the product unopened. I was able to see via tracking that it arrived in Florida on 3/19/18. Customer service stated that they did not take returns and because I didn’t call to cancel I was responsible for the full cost. I explained that I returned the product and that it was me canceling. They did not accept this. They offered me a 35% refund. So I have no product and was charged over $100 for the products. Do not deal with this company. If you want the product order from Amazon.
