I recently noticed a charge on my account that I personally did not make. I followed the information from the company charging my account and called them to inquire about this charge.

I spoke to several people about this charge and was given the run around for about an hour. I was persistent that I did not make this charge and finally one of the phone assistants said they would remove this charge from my account and gave me a reference number. I called back about an hour later and they told me that it was not their resposibility that this charge was not done by me and said that the charge would stand.

I contacted my banker and explained my situation and they are in the process of filing a fraudulent claim against the company.
