 I filled out the info for a free sample. Submitted it. The screen said "Error: Issuer Declined" and I thought nothing of it. Then I get a text alert from my bank saying that money had been debited from my account. I called my bank to put through a fraud complaint and the process began to resolve it. I had taken a screenshot of the screen before calling my bank. I also took a screenshot of an email from African Mango XT confirming my "order" I called the 1-800 number of African Mango and the representative told me that they didn't take any money from me because it was declined. When I told them of the email and the debit amount taken from my account, they insisted it was a computer glitch and that no money was taken. They denied any taking of money because it showed as declined. As for the email, they said "well it's automated after your order is placed" My order wasn't placed as it was obviously declined. I'm in process of submitting copies of both screenshots to my main branch of my bank to help the dispute process along.
