Dealt with Mike, owner from Agape Auto Warranties. Purchased extended warranty for my vehicle on May 5 2009 in the amount of $2600.00.  It was for 6yrs/125,000 miles. Mike assured me they were the best & had an excellent rating, etc, etc.

Less than 6 months later, my vehicle had a gas leak due to a valve that blew & the dealer and myself attempted to call, write, email, fax Mike over 30 times literally with no response back.

Every time a call was made, the voice mail would say "mail box full."  Furthermore, the faxes would bounce back and the website: agapeautowarranties.com was down.

This company was a total scam.  I am reporting them to BBB & Consumer Services.  They will take your money---DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM--BUYER BEWARE!

AGAPE OUT OF BUSINESS

I purchased their 5 yr 100,000 mile warranty 3 years ago. I have had to use the warranty several times without problem.  My latest was for a broken transmission.

My vehicle has been at Maroone Ford Service 4 weeks now. Initially it was a day to get a call back from Mike because of the holidays (Christmas and New Years). However, for the last 2 1/2 weeks, it has been difficult and like Angel described, the mail box is full.  Then there was a busy tone.  Now, no phone and their website is down.

I am in Phoenix this week for business and stopped by the office, based on the address that is on their website and on my contract.  There was a letter posted on their front window that basically said that the Landlord has reclaimed the office and they have been evicted for failure to pay their rent.  It was dated Jan 14, 2010.

I would guess that they are OUT OF BUSINESS!  Last week, I filed a complaint with the AZ BBB, who did not have any complaints on Agape.  I spoke with them today before I found their office, and today, the BBB indicated that they had problems trying to contact Agape also, and that they had recieved many more complaints.  I would contact the Arizona Attorney General's office and file a complaint. They recommended going on line to do this.

Hopefully there will be some sort of action taken against them.

If you can zoom on the photo, you will see the Notice to Evacuate from the Landlord.
