Ageless Exteriors (RENOVATIONS) and Paul Krugman Paul Krugman took $6000 to repair garage and didn't finish job from 2011 BIRMINGHAM, Alabama
I am 84 years old, and a widow living on social security. A tree fell on my detached garage after the tornado in 2011, and Paul Krugman, aka Ageless Exteriors, aka Ageless Renovations, contracted to repair and roof the garage, and received a total of $6,000 for the job.
He and another guy actually came to my home a total of two times to 'work' on it, and did nothing but a few cosmetic minor repairs to the front of the garage. All the rest of the garage was left and no repairs were done. He took several checks from me totaling over $6,000, and that was over a year ago.
I have tried repeatedly to call Paul Krugman and Ageless over the past year to get him to complete the job he and his company were paid to do. He has not returned phone calls, nor has he been back to finish the work.
It is a shame that senior citizens cannot get reliable work done that money was paid out over a year ago to complete. Mr Krugman is a fast talker and makes you believe him...at first. Then your money is gone, he's gone, and the job is not finished.
I want a refund or work completed, but Mr Krugman and Ageless Exteriors (Renovations) have my money so I am sure that they will never be back.
Beware of AGELESS EXTERIORS (AGELESS RENOVATIONS now), and PAUL KRUGMAN. They will rip you off and not do the job
